Patti has had years of experience in both the corporate world as well as being an entrepreneur. Early on in her career, after graduating from the Dale Carnegie Public Speaking training, she knew from that moment, what her calling in life was. She wanted to help get her message out to as many people as possible.

Patti understands the communication gaps that can occur in an organization, based on her own experience as well as working with clients who really just wanted a clear, more effective way to communicate that actually worked. Patti created a framework to do just that. Her desire is for people to not just communicate, but to connect.
